In the heart of the breathtaking natural landscape of the famous "Schwarzwald" region lies the 4* Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee - a highly acclaimed private hotel that devotes itself lovingly to its guests.

Since fall 2023, Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee and ARTICO have been working together to discover new and innovative ways of recruitment. Right from the start, the collaboration was a great success.

More than 30 applications were generated for various positions in the kitchen. Additionally, the campaign made a valuable contribution to the hotel's employer brand and brand awareness on social media.
